One person must check-in on behalf of each visiting household so please ensure you have the NHS app installed on your phone and ready to use prior to arrival .
Our unique NHS QR Code is above and will be available for you to scan at 20 different locations at the ground. If you are unable to use the NHS app to check-in, please contact a club representative (a manager, coach, OR committee member etc.) who will record your attendance via alternative means.
Also, In line with new government rules, their are addition changes for the use of the Port of Bristol Sports & Social Club, so bare this in mind when looking to order refreshments.
